Mosu Review: I tried Mosu in Singapore!

I was really lucky to be able to try Mosu in Singapore when they were here for F1. Here is my review!

Firstly I need to say that watching Chef Anh on culinary class wars and eating his food - it all makes sense now, how he is able to pick apart all the flavours and taste the different components in each dish. His food reflects that SO CLEARLY AND WAS SO GOOD. 🤤🤤🤤

Every dish was his take on a traditional Korean dish 🥹 and they were all so damn yummy I’m already thinking of going to Mosu again when I visit Hong Kong?! The prices, while steep, seem ok for a 3 Michelin star restaurant as well 🥹🥹🥹

My favourite dish was the Abalone taco omg - it’s no wonder it’s their signature and I went back for seconds!! The taco is made of Yuba (a tofu skin !!!) and is perfectly sweet and savoury 🤤

Second faveeee would be a toss up between the caviar bibimbap and tilefish jjim!

For the bibimbap, the caviar hides the traditional bibimbap ingredient but gives it the oooomph and umami that complements the dish so well. 🍚

The tilefish is just crazy good - firm and flavourful, goes really well w the mustard sauce! 🐟

Highly recommended for anyone going to HK and when renovations are finally done in their Seoul outlet, I’m defo going to check it out!!
