LOVET Try-ons! Mix & Match Series

Had the opportunity to attend the private styling session hosted by Germaine, founder of Lovet last night! As part of their 10th anniversary, they’ve launched a mix and match series where you can buy different sleeves to match with a base top depending on how you are feeling that day 😱 how cool is that!! Can’t complain that you don’t have sth to wear anymore ;)

There’s 6 different sleeve types you can choose from - flutter, ruffles, cap, puff, ruched & ribbon! Can pair with 3 base tops which can be worn by itself as a tube top if you don’t add sleeves (all tops are padded too!!! See pic 1 (Reyna sweetheart), 2 (Hailey smocked) & 7 (Elicia ribbon ruched) for the 3 different base tops). No worries that you can’t remember how to attach the sleeves as there is a button guide (will be released with the collection!)

Top pick has gotta be the flutter sleeve, good at concealing the upper part of your arms if you’re conscious ☺️ I was quite surprised at the look of the cap sleeve as well, not too tight fitting/ the sleeve doesn’t end too close to the shoulder hence it doesn’t emphasise your upper arm as well. Plus, the ruched strap is adjustable at the back too so you don’t have to worry about tight/ slipping straps no matter your proportions urgh Lovet is really so thoughtful

Bagged the Hailey smocked top in size S ($39.90; the top in the 2nd pic) in espresso with flutter sleeves ($6.90 each) & cap sleeves! Glad to have a preview to the amazing collection pls check it out in stores from today ✨✨
