- Yoga mat is an essential thing for my home workout. It can help to provide a slip protection to your exercises by providing a grippier, more stable surface for feet & hands. Make sure you guys get a thick yoga mat for a secure slip protection.

2. Keetlebell

- Keetlebell is great for strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance training. I use 4kg keetlebell which is suitable for women & beginners.

3. Dumbell

- Light Dumbell is important for strength training. It can strengthen the muscles and tone the body. Suitable for home arm exercises. 2.5 kg suitable for women & beginners.

4. Cordless Skipping Rope

- To train the strength, agility, speed, timing & rhythm. Great for quick workouts & will be burning a lot of calories.

5. Resistance Band

-help to maintain strength and muscle mass without overdoing it. Resistance bands can target any muscle group, from quads, hamstrings, and glutes, to shoulders, chest, lats, biceps, triceps, and abs.
