3. Dumbell
- Light Dumbell is important for strength training. It can strengthen the muscles and tone the body. Suitable for home arm exercises. 2.5 kg suitable for women & beginners.
4. Cordless Skipping Rope
- To train the strength, agility, speed, timing & rhythm. Great for quick workouts & will be burning a lot of calories.
5. Resistance Band
