✨PART ONE | WORKOUT AT HOME✨
• beginner friendly
• no equipment
‼️REFERENCE AND DISCLAIMER
Doing my 1 week plan for 1 month you can lose 3-5kg
Before: 58.8kg
After: 51kg (this is after eating healthy food, workout for 3 -6months)
• YUK KURUS 1 MINGGU. Follow this 1 week plan pasti kurus!!! Untuk result kayak di cover need at least 1 month yaaaa❤️🏋️♀️ tapi pasti keliatan beda in one week!
• Eat 3x a day + 1 snack, 3-4 jam interval. Ex: breakfast 8am, lunch 12pm, snack 3pm, dinner 5pm
• IN ONE WEEK: ikutin olahraga ini kalo maksimal & jaga makan bisa turun 3kg. Makan kayak biasanya sekitar 0,5-1,5kg.
• Workout before breakfast (kalo kuat, yang ga kebiasa bisa makan dikit dulu yaa kayak apel)
• Sleep 7-8h

• Tuesday : leg➕ cardio
• Wednesday : upperbody ➕ abs ➕ cardio
• Thursday : stretch (active rest)
• Friday : booty ➕ cardio
• Saturday : full body ➕ cardio
• Sunday : rest
🔥 WORKOUT COMBINATION 🔥
• time: 60 minutes
• combination: warm up ➕ cardio ➕ strength training ➕ cardio ➕ stretch
• rules: follow the video 1️⃣🔜2️⃣🔜3️⃣🔜4️⃣🔜5️⃣🔜6️⃣🔜7️⃣
• aku selalu mulai dengan warm up dan end it with stretch, ini penting banget biar ga gampang cedera ya girls
• aku do double cardio, before strength training and right after biar pembakaran lemak untuk targeted area (ex: abs) lebih maksimal
