If you are a beginner starting out at the gym or at home workouts you don’t need fancy equipment to start seeing results! The best part about these workouts is that you can use your own bodyweight, dumbbells, or resistance bands. Choose your level!
The Exercises🏋🏽♀️
-Sumo squats
-Sumo squat pulses
-Around the clock
-Side to side steps
-Lying hip abductions
-Single leg glute bridges
-Glute bridge to hip abduction
-Donkey kick pulses
-Leg circles
Perform these exercises for about a minute each allowing a 20 second rest in between. You can set a timer using a Tabata style app to ensure you are on the right track. These exercises look so simple but they can definitely be challenging by adding more resistance! My favorite underrated exercises are around the clocks, lying hip abductions, and side to side steps! These are such amazing booty burns!
