If you want to grow your glutes but aren’t sure of what to do in the gym this post is for you. These 5 exercises are all you need in order to begin your glute growth journey.
1. Box squats* 3 x 8-10
2. Smith machine RDL’s 3 x 10-12
3. Machine Hip thrusts 3 x 10-12
4. Step-ups 3 x 12
5. Seated hip abductions 3 x 15-20
*box squats can be replaced with any machine squat as well! Examples: smith machine squats, hack squats, v-squats, etc.
Using machines as a beginner is a great way to learn the proper movement pattern & work the targeted muscle group (in this case your glutes).
Focus on proper form, moving at a slower tempo, & adding weight over time! Before you know it your glutes will DOUBLE in size🍑
