3 exercises for a hot back!!!
#1 Dumbbell Incline Bench Row
- set up incline bench at a 45-degree angle.
- sit with chest against the bench, feet flat on floor and knees slightly bent.
- grab dumbbells underhand grip with palms facing you.
- keep your back straight and engage your core.
- pull dumbbells towards you and keep elbows close.
- pause at the top before going back down.
#2 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
- hold a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip (palm facing your body).
- bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips.
- extend your arm downward, allowing the dumbbell to hang directly beneath your shoulder.
- keep core engaged and back straight.
- pull the dumbbell up toward your ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blade back.
- your elbow should be close to your side throughout the movement.
- hold at the top for 2 seconds and slowly go back down.
#3 Assisted Pull Ups
- place your hands at shoulder width apart
- I did mine with a barbell and i kept my feet on the floor
- engage your lats and core prior to lifting your body
- hold for 2 seconds at the top and release
