With a strong core, you can move freely and with stability. A good core will allow you to maintain your balance and coordination more easily.
Exercise 1: diamond crunch
Make sure you are seated tall and are squeezing your core as you crunch your heels to hands. Make sure your chin stays up and chest stays open
Exercise 2: table top hold
Make sure you are seated tall, chin up chest open. Press your palms down towards your mat and back up as you hold your legs strong in a table top position
Exercise 3: bent knee crunch
Place your forearms down into the mat and pull your knee in towards your chest
