Here’s a look into my morning routine before I take a Spin Class! I love spin for a different style of cardio, not to mention the music and vibes are always IMMACULATE. Let’s walk through how I get ready:

🚴‍♀️skincare! Just some cleanser and moisturizer (no makeup because we’re about to SWEAT!)

🚴‍♀️daily supplements- multivitamin, hair skin and nail vitamin, creatine and amino acids!

🚴‍♀️put on a cute and comfy fit!

🚴‍♀️head to class!
