The OPTIMAL morning wellness routine! Mornings are everything to me. It's when I have the most energy and get the most done. That's why I need to always stay on track to make sure I am healthy in and productive as soon as I wake up.

Here's a breakdown of what I typically do.

1. Always start with coffee! I love using bulletproof coffee because it's organic, highly tested for mold, has grass-fed butter, MCT's, and is literally the only coffee that doesn't give me anxiety. It's probably been the only way I can tolerate as much caffeine as I drink haha!

2. Red light therapy - great for inflammation and muscle recovery.

3. Morning Wellness drink - I add trace mineral drops, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1mL of Mary Ruth's chlorophyll drops. This is a great drink for staying hydrated. The chlorophyll is a natural deodorizer and it's the reason I don't wear deodorant!

4. Stretching/Yoga - Sometimes I do a short pilates workout or practice one of my routines. It's great to get the body moving in the morning!

5. Hot Girl Walk - this is the perfect combo to morning sunshine and an audiobook or podcast! I love podcasts such as Peter Attia, Chris Masterjohn, Andrew Huberman, etc.

6. Healthy Breakfast - my favorite healthy breakfasts include acai bowls and almond butter berry toast. Yes I have a sweet tooth, but these foods make me feel good!
