Ingredients:
π₯ 45g oats
π₯ 250g total of Greek yogurt
π₯ 25g protein powder of choice
π₯ 15g PB (use PB powder for lower cal)
π₯ 25g granola (optional)
π₯ 35g frozen raspberries
METHOD:
π©βπ³ blend your oats until smooth
π©βπ³ mix in a separate bowl with some stevia and add 20g protein powder and 150g of yogurt. Itβll be SUPER thick
π©βπ³ put mixture into bowl and spread until smooth
π©βπ³ add another 100g of yogurt into a separate bowl, add more stevia and 5g of protein powder. Mix and add on top of thick mixture
π©βπ³ melt 15g peanutbutter and add on top
π©βπ³ I put frozen raspberries and granola on top, obviously add whatever youβd like
