Three-Ingredient High-Protein Low-Carb Cake
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
20g monk fruit sweetener
15g almond flour
30g (about 1 scoop) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
Add the monk fruit sweetener to the eggs and whisk until fully dissolved.
Sift in the protein powder and almond flour, then gently fold until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
