This recipe. 50g protein. 60ish carb. 17 fat. Insane.
You can decrease/increase calories as needed, and I’ll show you how!
Ingredients:
🥄 45g oats
🥄 250g total of Greek yogurt
🥄 25g protein powder of choice
🥄 15g PB (use PB powder for lower cal)
🥄 25g granola (optional)
🥄 35g frozen raspberries
METHOD:
👩🍳 blend your oats until smooth
👩🍳 mix in a separate bowl with some stevia and add 20g protein powder and 150g of yogurt. It’ll be SUPER thick
👩🍳 put mixture into bowl and spread until smooth
👩🍳 add another 100g of yogurt into a separate bowl, add more stevia and 5g of protein powder. Mix and add on top of thick mixture
👩🍳 melt 15g peanutbutter and add on top
👩🍳 I put frozen raspberries and granola on top, obviously add whatever you’d like
