Yes the carbs are high but for a small amount it’s okay and of course you can always alter what you put in it this is just the options I had.
Ingredients
24oz Greek yogurt (I used vanilla flavored)
Low sugar cherry pie filling
Graham crackers
No sugar cheesecake jello
Steps
1. Mix 24oz of yogurt with 1 packet of cheesecake jello
2. Crush the graham crackers
3. Divide evenly into 4 containers (I weighed them out)
4. Top with 1/4 cup of cherry pie filling
Store in fridge for up to a week!
