Do you know what the WINTER ARC is about?

🗓️ We are just 3 months away from the end of the year, and the Winter Arc refers to a process where you focus on your personal goals during these 92 days, starting from October 1 to December 31.

🧘🏻‍♀️The aim is to enter 2025 much closer to our best version, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually. This is a very personal process, and I believe everyone should set their own rules based on their needs and objectives. This year, I’m excited to do it, and in the second image, I shared my personal rules.

In addition to those 5 rules I set, another goal I have is to document my process, how I’m progressing, how I feel, what I think, etc.
