Ever want to grow your delts but not seeing progress? Huge thing to know is that your shoulders consists of 3 heads, the front, side and rear delts and it's important you hit all 3 heads equally. Next thing you know, it's one part you're lacking training on causes your hard work gone to waste!
I personally like to start and end off my training with rear delt work only because it's the hardest to feel, easily compensated and sometimes, neglected so putting in this arrangement allows me to hit them REGARDLESS.
Of course, delts showing and separation to your arms also comes down with lower body fat!
P.S how you train, technique, intensity and tempo does all matters too!
