A friend introduced me this Crazy 8s superset and it has been my go-to since then for bigger biceps ๐ฎโ๐จ Whatโs best is that all you need is a barbell / ez curl bar for this workout!
โผ๏ธ For those who are new to the term โsupersetโ, it comprises of a set of exercises done back-to-back followed by a short rest afterwards
In this superset:
1. Wide Grip Curls (8 reps) - stresses the short (inner) head of the biceps
2. Shoulder-Width Grip Curls (8 reps)
3. Narrow Grip Curls (8 reps) - stresses the long (outer) head of the biceps which makes up the biceps peak
I usually do this for 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between! Always start small (an empty bar works too) if youโre new to this ๐๐ป Get used to the motion before you gradually add on more weight to avoid injury!
This workout leaves my arms shaky and trembling every single time but the results are exceptional ๐ฏ
