Sharing one of the recipes I cooked during a diet week, so when you hear diet and curry you don’t usually put them together but overall, this is homemade and you can adjust according to your calories intake 👍🏻 I’m not much of a cook but we all gotta start somewhere and here’s a recipe ANYONE can make!

1. half an onion 🧅 = 23 calories

2. 1/2 cup of rice = 102 calories

3. As many carrots as you want, I used 2 = 50 calories

4. Vermont curry (1 block) = 100 calories

5. 50g of Chicken = 55 calories (or any meat choice such as beef)

Total: 330-400 calories

All calories are estimated 👌🏻

I didn’t add too much rice or potatoes because we are on diet week but if you aren’t please go ahead and feel free to add em!

1. Cut your carrots into small pieces and boil them till soft

2. Boil your rice as well in the meantime

3. Dice your onion and sauté them in a heated pan (use cooking oil SPRAY for those health conscious)

4. Add your chicken into it and cook till tender

5. Add salt and pepper for taste

6. Add the carrots

7 Add some warm water (ard 15ml) into the pan and add the block of curry but not too much water as you want the curry to be of a thicker consistency

8. You can plate your rice at the side of the plate or bowl and curry on the other then serve

The toppings I used are just rice seaweed seasonings 🧂 and some cheese my boyfriend accidentally placed
