WEEK 2 of my Half Marathon Training (Beginner)

Ah running! It’s excruciatingly painful and challenging mentally! I can say that my body is starting to crave running on days I can’t run because of the demands of work. Keeping my priorities in check 😅

I just discovered Nike+ Run and man it’s a life changer! Coach Bennett is incredible and it’s remarkable how he knows when to encourage and push you!
