My 120lb Weightloss Transformation🦋🌸🤍

hi friends 🫶🏼 I wanted to make a post and chat a little bit about my journey and weight loss transformation. 🤍

In 2019 I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy surgery and have lost 120 pounds (coming up on 4 years post op!!🥳). My weight was something that I struggled with my whole life, ever since I can remember it was always an insecurity. I went on my first diet pill at 9 years old, and yo-yo’d different diets all throughout highschool. For me, emotional eating was the issue. Food was my source of comfort, my way to self sooth and cope with things out of my control.

That is until I had WLS! This surgery completely changed my entire life and I am forever thankful.

My goal here is to inspire and empower others to live their healthiest + best life (WLS or not!!!), and to remind them that no matter what they are NEVER stuck and can live the life they’ve always dreamed of !!!🫶🏼🌞🤍🌸
