Just cause hot girl summer is almost over, doesn’t mean it’s time to stop hot girl habits!!!

These are 4 things I am consistent with and have noticed great, rapid improvement in my figure.

1. 10k steps a day. Once I incorporated this, I was quickly trimming excess fat all over my body. I also found I had a better mood, more energy throughout the day, and my digestion improved tremendously. Usually I begin the morning with a walk, or end my night with one if I can’t fit a morning walk in.

2. PILATES!! I can’t stress enough how beneficial Pilates is. It gets muscles moving I did not even know I had. This is important because more muscle tone, the greater energy demand the muscles have and the greater reduction in fat over time. Since I began, I have noticed major improvements in my figure. There’s a reason all the hot moms do it!!! Not to mention, Pilates is very beneficial for improving mental health and reducing stress. It’s a great way to take your mind off things and relieve tension. My favorite classes are by ‘Move with Nicole’ on YouTube.

3. Practice mindful eating and drink lots of water. By this I mean that you should try to incorporate as much protein, vegetables, and fruits into your diet as possible, and limit as much processed foods as you can. It is recommended to drink at least of gallon a water a day, but I usually drink at least half a gallon of water a day (64 ounces), however, this can be difficult to keep track of so I aim to drink two hydroflask fills a day (~80 ounces). There are many ways to have a fun healthy diet that tastes great. I typically carb cycle and have noticed great results that really allow me to fuel my body. This means I will switch off every day between having a high carb day and a low carb day. I will start posting my recipes to give some ideas! It is also CRUCIAL to not eat past 8:30 pm at the latest. This will ensure you have digested all of your food and ensure a good nights sleep. Once I incorporated this, I noticed a big reduction in stomach and facial bloating, sleep quality, and overall digestion.

4. Probiotics!!! Our guts were not built to digest everything that has been modified with preservatives, etc. Probiotics are very helpful in facilitating digestion and adding good gut bacteria into our bodies to eliminate wastes. This will significantly improve bloating, pain, and inflammation. It was also boost your mood and energy.
