I have to lose 90 pounds 😭

Yall so I decided that I want to change careers and go into the military ☺️

This was actually my first choice when I was in high school but I allowed family members to push me away from that decision 🫠

AMYWAYS….

Here I am 7 years later…and I’m right back at square 1 wanting to go into the Air Force.

BUT MY BIG BACK A$$ IS TOO DAMN BIGGGG😭🤣🤣

I’m trying to figure out how tf I’m about to lose 90 ponds within the next 365 days.

I’m aiming to take on this journey around this time next year but like I don’t know where to start….

I like to eat bad stuff too much 🫠

HELP?? Any advice??

I’m currently 238 and I need to get down to like 155.
