From 90Ibs to…..

Oh man, you guys have no idea this journey of being skinny ALL of my life. (I wont disclose how old I am) however, I got to the point where I just started accepting my skinny fate. Until…. I went through some drastic life changes. Cut off some negative people in my life & changed a lot of my habits. In December of 2023 is when I decided to turn things around, Everytime I woke up feeling sad & overthinking- straight to the gym I’d go. & the boost I got from that was so helpful. Now I can say I haven’t been as consistent especially lately however going to the gym kickstarted my appetite again. ( OH NOT TO MENTION I NOW HAVE A BOYFRIEND WHOS ADDED ON TO MY HAPPY WEIGHT, let me be real) & now I’m just happily gaining the weight with a healthy appetite. In my bulking stage, & when I get back from my trip- starts the cutting stage.

This is just to show its 100% possible. Even if you think you’re just destined to be skinny all your life. It’s not gunna be easy but it just has to be consistent enough. Look for your own motivation & keep going. Once those results start showing even in the slightest, that’ll be your own motivation in itself.
