I never realized how much of a difference running made to my body until I would look back at my old photos. Running not only changed my body, but it changed my life in the absolute best way possible because I never thought change was possible. All it took was showing up for myself every single day. I was quite embarrassed looking back at my old photos but I shouldnโt be because I am grateful for my body and what it does for me everyday. I am proud of myself for coming this far. I have been running for a little over a year consistently now and I will never stop because I love it so much!
Ways my body changed:

โขCup size got smaller
โขShoulders got smaller
โขWaist snatched + defined
โขLegs toned & look longer
โขStomach flatter & stomach line more defined
โขAnkles skinnier
โขFace slimmer
โขJawline defined
โขNeck appears longer
โขBack toned & defined
โขNo back fat
(All of these changed in my body personally make me feel more confident with myself, everybody has their own body preferences! For my personal body type 4โ11, weight tends to show really easily and I like to appear skinnier since I am petite)
