the evil truth about weight/fat loss that NOBODY talks about.

you will ALWAYS feel like your old self before the weight loss.. you will always feel the need to be smaller and whenever u look good, u will always find another thing to be insecure about.

you will lose hair. LOTS of it. diets will DRAIN you. genuinely. i have been in a weight loss journey for about 10 months now and i am TIRED of the diets and do not have any motivation to lose any more weight.

people treat you differently. VERY. you will lose friends. boys will compliment you more. you will get more attention from boys but all your girl friends will cut u off the SECOND they see you as competition.

you begin to lack your vitamins. you have very irregular bowels.. irregular periods.. terrible mood swings.. increased stress.. lack energy.. the list goes on and on and ON.

anywayy, i weigh about 179-182 and genuinely want to lose 35 more pounds to lose to get to my goal weight.. i am 5’5-5’6 and have lost weight in every place except for my stomach.. any tips? :/ im struggling so much at the moment and i am desperate for some help.
