❗️Please note: It is safe to submerge peeled garlic cloves/ minced garlic in oil and store them in the freezer for several months. However, do not store garlic in oil at room temperature. Garlic-in-oil mixtures stored at room temperature provide perfect conditions for producing botulism toxin.

We store our minced garlic in oil in the freezer so they can be used for months 👍🏻 we like to make a batch of fresh garlic every month instead of buying them off the shelf, just our preference :) but just fyi that there are readily available minced garlic sold in supermarkets if you’re lazy to prepare!

I have tried 3 different electric choppers and this is the best one and the only one I will recommend because it’s pretty powerful at mincing the garlic. The bowl and blades can be separated to wash, so it’s convenient.

Time taken to chop a bowl of garlic took literally just 5-10 seconds. It can be used to chop nuts, onions, vegetables and small items. Great product in general.
