CARDIO & AB DAY

This is the worst day of the week for me. I genuinely hate doing cardio but it needs to be done. I am also an awful runner. I have never been good at it or liked it. Remember to always push yourself even if it’s something you don’t like or don’t want to do!!

- leg raises w holding a weight

- plank
