Wet

* 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

* 1 1/4 cups white granulated sugar

* 4 large eggs, room temperature

* 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Dry

* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

* 1 tsp baking powder

* 1/4 tsp salt

Vanilla Glaze

* 1 cup powdered sugar

* 2-4 tbsp milk

* 2 tsp vanilla extract

Oven Temperature: 350F

Bake Time: 55 minutes- 60 minutes

Pan Type: 9x5 standard loaf pan

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside.

3. Add your butter and sugar to a bowl. Cream together for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add your eggs while mixing one by one. Mix in.

5. Add your vanilla extract and mix in.

6. Sift your flour (optional) or add dry ingredients into your wet ingredients.

7. Combine until fully incorporated together.

8. Spray your loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

9. Scoop your batter evenly throughout your pan.

10. Bang your pan a bit on counter to release air.

11. Place in oven on 350F for 55-60 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.

12. Take out of oven and let completely cool for about 40 minutes to an hour. Take your cake out of your pan after about 35-40 minutes.

13. Once cooled, add your powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to a bowl and whip up your vanilla glaze.

14. Pour your glaze on top of your cake.

15. Cut and enjoy 🤍🤍🤍
