Ingredients :
- 1 ¾ Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Sticks or 3/4 Cup of Butter
- ¾ Cups Regular Sugar
- 1/3 Cup of Whole Milk
- 1/3 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream ( I always add a extra splash or two LOL! )
- 2 Large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 & ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
Cooking Directions :
1. Pre Heat Oven to 325 F
2. Cream Together Butter and Sugar
3. Mix Together Remaining Dry Ingredients (Flour, Baking powder, salt) In a Seperate Bowl.
4. Add 1 Egg and 1/2 of Flour Mixture into Creamed Sugar and Butter Mixture.
5. Mix Together until Smooth Then, Add the 2nd Egg and Remaining Flour Mixture.
*I like to add another tiny drop of both extracts*(my preference)
6. Finish Mixing everything together
7. Pour Batter into Greased( I use Baking Spray) Loaf Pan.
9. Bake for 1 Hour !
10. Let Cool, ENJOY! 🤭 ( Goes Great with Vanilla Ice Cream)
