Garlic Toast #Recipe

Makes a small tub of garlic butter

Ingredient

2 whole garlic

vegetable oil

salt

70g salted butter

1/2 tsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/4 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

Roast whole garlic with some vegetable oil and salt in an oven wrapped at 180C degree for 30 mintues

Press the softened cloves out of the garlic skin, mix together with butter and the rest of the seasonings.

To serve, spread a layer of garlic butter toast over your sliced bread

Toast it in the toaster for a few minutes.

Serve.

Keep the garlic butter refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
