Bundt Buddy’s Mini Apple Pie Cheesecakes
6- Keebler Graham Cracker Crust mini’s
1- Tub Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake
1- Can Apple Pie Filling
To your apple pie filling add:
1/4 C White Sugar
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1-tsp vanilla extract
Apple pie spice, to your liking
Cook until a soft boil forms.
Remove from heat.
Homemade crumble:
3/4 AP Flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Melted Butter
1-tsp baking powder
Cinnamon, to your liking
Combine ingredients using a fork. Crumble will be mushy at first and that’s ok. Refrigerate for 5 mins or so, until firm. Once firm, spread atop parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake on 350 for 10 mins. We are on partially baking at first.
On a separate cookie sheet, place mini pie crusts. Take 1 TBSP or so, premade cheesecake batter and place in bottom of crust. Next, add 1 TBSP or so, apple pie filling covering your cheesecake. Finally, add the partially baked crumble on top. You can add as much or as little as you’d like. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 17-18 mins, each oven varies.
Optional: once cooled, drizzle premade or homemade caramel glaze on top and enjoy! #falldessert #Apple #Cheesecake
