🎞️ which film roll should you choose!

1. fujicolour c200

price: $18.50

this is my favourite out of the 3 as i love the contrast it gives all my pictures. eventhough this film is more suitable for scenic mediums, i think their portraits are just as nice!!

it is a little pricey but i promise you it’s worth the money.

2. kodak gold 200

price: $13

i personally am not a big fan as i think it’s quite meh. (however, to each their own!) i prefer my pictures to have a higher saturation, but kodak gold made it brighter and warmer instead of showing off the colours which in turn made my pictures look a little dull. (the pictures still came out nice!!)

3. kodak colourplus 200

price: $11 (this is one of the cheaper ones)

only used this in my first year of trying film as i was too afraid to try other rolls but i would say this is a staple. it doesn’t make much changes to your picture, making it look “original”.

where i get my films — i usually get them from triple d but i got my fujicolour c200 from whampoa colour centre. however, when i went there the auntie told me that they weren’t gonna restock fujicolour c200 anytime soon and it was my first time buying so i just got it… regrets man. should’ve bought more. prices are all taken from triple d’s website as i forgot how much i bought them for 🥲🥲 been too long since i’ve touched my film camera. i hope this helps someone :) thanks for reading!!
