HONEST OPINION: it's kinda overated??

I had a pretty good impression when I first came into the studio, was greeted with a few nice ladies at the reception and I was told to fill up a form + she did check my grip socks if it was too worn out (safety!!) The studio itself was pretty clean with a mix of group and private classes! Definetely one of the more spacious studios I've been to :)

I think I understand why people like this place due to it's calming vibe and super aesthetic interior, but as for the class itself I don't see it worth my $$ 🥲. The instructor was good at showing us the exercises but the overall class was a bit too boring? Not much variations and the exercises were very light/too surface and not much variety (?) I do prefer my classes to be with a lot of variation and with more BURN HAHAH so this was felt like a stretching class if im being honest 😅

But overall, I feel like it's good for those who are fresh and beginners at Pilates since the movements are pretty easy and basic! :)
