Ran 100m + 200m race

Threw Shot Put & Discuss

Jumped in both Long & Triple Jump

๐Ÿค How I Felt:

It was a very freeing experience running as fast as you can to an end goal.

Throwing made me feel very tied to the ground. Not heavy necessarily, but it made me a lot stronger.

Jumping gave me a somewhat light feeling. Pretty much the opposite of throwingโ€™s effect on me.

All of them though left a positive impact on my mental health. I had more energy, positivity, and on a whole felt much better about my physic.
