5oz salmon

150g lettuce

30g spinach

20g white mushroom

50g tomato

1/2 c low fat cheddar

1 boiled eggs

1/2 avocado

1/4 c onion

Dressing of choice

I just chopped everything up and put it into a bowl.

Bowl my eggs for 8 minutes so the yolk is soft.

Salmon gets air fried for 7 minutes with some light seasoning.
