My fav korea dish was SUNDUBU JJIGAE (without kimchi)

🍚Ingredients
-1 soft tofu (sundubu)
-Zucchini, sliced
-Enoki mushroom
-Green onion, chopped
-Minced chicken/ground beef
-1 tbsp of vegetable oil
-1 tbsp of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
-2 cups of water/200ml water
-1 tbsp of soy sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste
Steps✨
1. Heat the pot over medium-high heat. Cook the chopped onion following by the minced chicken
2.Add the gochugaru,soy sauce to the pot and stir to combine
3.Add the water and bring the mixture to a boil
4.Add the tofu,cut into small pieces,zucchini,enoki mushroom
5.Let the soup simmer for another 5-7 minutes while cracking an egg into the stew
6.Add salt and pepper to taste
7.Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with rice.
