Tea Chapter: Traditional Teahouse In the Shophouse

This isn’t a modern hipster place but it captures my heart without a beat! It located along a row of shophouses at Neil Road There are all kinds of room and table setting but the one I went was Oriental Room (with an additional charge of $5 for reserving the Oriental Room and Korean Room) that comes with private and comfy seat.

There are all range of tea and I chose Ding Dong Oolong ($22). A pack of tea leaves are given and you can brew as much round as you want. If it’s your first time visit there, they will assist you on how to brew your tea. I also order small delight like Bao Platter, Oolong Sweet Potato and Dim Sum Platter.

It’s a good place to space your afternoon gathering with your friends.
