Teahouse in JB! Super interesting experience, get to grill your own tea snacks hehehe (p/s: some of the snacks take longer time to grill such as the glutinous rice cake, so if necessary just get the staff to grill it for you π)
Their stove-boiled tea was really good! They got different types of tea available too (milk based, beer etc).
