STOP letting haters get in your way.

It’s half through 2024. so WHY are you still letting haters bring you down & getting into your way? (+ how to stay true to yourself) 🙏🙏🙏 Coming from someone who with (undiagnosed) social anxiety, is insecure, overthinks a lot and sensitive! (& in a girls’ school, speaks a lot huh)

Definitely, it’s hard, it’s tough. I understand that none of us wanna be put in this situation and we’re tired of it. SO HOW DO WE GET OUT OF THIS!!!???

1️⃣ Understand WHY they’re your HATERS

- “Insecurity is LOUD, Confidence is SILENT”

2️⃣ Stay CONFIDENT

- KNOW your self-worth

- recognise that they’re your HATERS & naturally haters will project negativity! And their opinions are certainly BIASED & mostly UNTRUE!

3️⃣ SUPPORT

- super important

- talk to any trusted / close ones! (parents, family, teachers, frns, etc)

- if you dont have anyone to confide into, use a diary/journal! (online or offline entry)

4️⃣ WATCH motivational shows/dramas/channels (or read if you wish to)

- this helped me A LOTTT

- instill a strong mindset in you!

- one particular yt channel is @/thewizardliz (holy grail)

5️⃣ your RESPONSE

- always stay true to your morals and values!

- it’s hard to stay kind at some point but do not retaliate (unless case to case basis calls for it ofc)

- i believe in “人在做，天在看”

6️⃣ stay LOWKEY

- if you have to, this might be the option

- stay private and NEVER LET THEM KNOW YR NEXT MOVE ☺️🫶

- tbh they cant really say much if youre lowkey so

All in all, i know life can get really overwhelming with the fast pace of society and the hatred but please please do not give up! Have faith in yourself and stand firm and confident 🩷 If you’re religious, you should certainly seek support through your faith as well 🙃 HATERS GONNA HATE NO MATTER WHAT!!!
