Where to find $5.8 Salted Egg Yolk Rice?

Sim Lim Square is known to be a heaven for computer greeks as the whole mall sells mainly computers and other gadgets but those who work nearby go there for the infamous salted egg chicken rice served in mini woks. 🐥🍚

• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰 𝐄𝐠𝐠 ($𝟓.𝟗) 🌟

The tender chicken chunks were deliciously tossed with the smooth and creamy salted egg sauce unlike others that has a more grainy texture. While it may look harmless, the chilli padi does pack a good amount of heat which goes well with a mouthful of rice.

Pork ribs were slightly dry and tough but sufficiently marinated so the saltish flavour complemented the light tasting butter sauce which in fact was too bland for my liking.

💬 TLDR: Yummy & decent portion at affordable prices albeit no runny yolk and it can get a little dry because there wasn't enough sauce to coat the rice.
