Meals under $10: 🤤 over this salted egg chick rice

A couple of weeks back I saw a viral video about a salted egg chicken rice which the creator was raving about. I’m not one who trusts food reviews online much as I often find people raving about food for the sake of it or simply for content - and being a foodie myself I have to say my expectations for food are quite high. But because I saw a pretty good online review for this place too, I decided to pop by to try as a hearty salted egg yolk chicken rice does sound good after a long day.

𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: 𝟱/𝟱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀

I love it! It’s a perfectly cooked casual meal. The flavours were great and I love the slight spice that comes with it. It’s also not very heavy and jelat so I could stomach the whole plate on my own without feeling like I need a cup of tea to wash it all down. We also ordered the fried fish mini steamboat and it was good too! We tried both the salted egg chicken and pork and all of us preferred the texture of the chicken more than the pork (slightly tough and dry).
