🗣️ Trying The VIRAL SALTED EGG rice ❗️ Isit worth ⁉️

Hello lemons 🍋 ,

I’ve seen this literally VIRAL shop all over IG, tiktok , lemon8 & the snaking queues just for salted egg chicken so I totally book-marked it & I finally went down to try!

The popular location I saw is at Sim Lim Square but I actually went to their Hougang outlet instead so I can’t say the standard is the same for all outlet 🤭.

[ What I ate ]

• iced yuan yang $1.80 ; basically a mixture of tea & coffee which my bf always like to order but I’m not a fan of hahah

• 3 Layer tea $2.80 ; I liked this alot ! The milky-ness reminds me of teh-cino which is 👍🏻

• Buttered chicken $13 ; 4/5 so good at first bite !!!

Savoury , Creamy & buttery sauce poured over well fried chicken bites 🤩

• JB san lou pan fried bee Hoon $6.50; 3/5 it’s not bad flavour wise but was a little boring because it’s just regular Beehoon but crispy

• Creamy salted egg chicken $7.30; A solid 4/5 , I get the hype ! It’s super yummy but it’s also quite gelat after awhile because of the creaminess but it could just be me 😅

Overall Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐: 4/5 !

Worth a visit if you’re around any of their outlets and I will definitely revisit whenever the salted egg craving hits but next time I want to try their popular sim lim outlet with the snaking Queue 🤭
