Make it:
Combine the following in a blender-
1/3 cup oats
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of a premade protein shake (I used @alaninutrition- you can also sub milk)
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
Blend, then pour into a greased ramekin and add a few chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. When you remove from the oven you can place a couple chocolate chips on top too. Enjoy!!
