what my 5-9 after 9-5 looks like working in NYC

after a busy day working in tech in NYC, here’s how i unwind and recharge after leaving the office to stay productive all week!

🌿 getting outside: after work, i love taking a stroll through central park or along the hudson. getting some fresh air and connecting with nature helps me clear my mind after a long day at the office.

🍽️ grabbing food with friends: NYC has endless dining options, and i try to explore new spots every week. it’s also a great post work activity to bond with my coworkers, and sometimes we’ll head to a place straight from the office!

🏋️‍♀️ working out: if i didn’t get a chance to exercise in the morning, i’ll hit the gym or join a yoga class. working out helps me shake off any lingering stress from the day and keeps my energy levels up so i can tackle the next day strong.
