morning workout 💪: i kickstart my day with a quick workout to boost my energy— nothing like a good sweat! recently I’ve been loving barre and hiit classes, but I’ll try anything!

focused work 🎯: i prioritize focused work in mornings when team members in different time zones aren’t online yet, like creating mockups in Miro. alone time during these hours is perfect for tackling complex tasks.

lunch break 🥗: sweetgreen is my go-to spot for a quick, healthy lunch— love the chicken pesto parm! it’s great to step out, grab a bite, and recharge for the rest of the day.

afternoon meetings 📞: the afternoon is all about collaboration. from syncing with dev teams to chatting with stakeholders, meetings help keep everyone on the same page and the project moving forward.

living and working in nyc can be a lot, but i wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤍
