The Non Negotiables that seriously Elevate My Life

We are the decisions we make every day. Every small action we take to perform well in life becomes a sacred ritual because we believe it helps us enjoy life at its best. When you say yes to taking care of yourself, when you choose your health and align your actions with your goals, that's the outcome you'll inevitably achieve. I choose my health every day, and these are the habits I don't negotiate—I do them no matter what.

Some essentials :

- Get quality sleep each night

-For every 20 minutes spent on my phone, I commit to spending 60 minutes in nature.

- at least one self-massage per day

- Opt for locally sourced food

-72 grams of protein

-3,000 milligrams of potasio

- No smoke , no Alcohol

-Yoga Everyday ( asanas 3 times per day+ meditation+ mindfulness+ pranayama)
