Where are all my 9-5 girlies?! ๐ Here are 9 things to do before you start your work day:
1. ๐ฆ hydrate: Itโs super important to make sure you drink water in the morning before you start work to ensure you are properly hydrated.
2. ๐ dress for confidence: When it comes to work, Iโm all about comfort. BUT Iโm learning itโs also important to wear an outfit that you feel confident in. The sweet spot is finding one where you are comfy & confident simultaneously :))
3. ๐งโโ๏ธย take time for yourself: This could mean spending 2 minutes on skincare or taking 10 minutes to read or go on a walk. Do something for you!
4. ๐ณ eat breakfast: I am a huge breakfast girly and find it really helpful to get some food in my body for mental clarity and energy at work.
5. ๐ take your vitamins: Taking my vitamins has become a non-negotiable for me. I take the Garden of Life womenโs multivitamin.
6. ๐ write a to-do list: Getting all the things I need to do on paper helps me feel organized and gives me guidance for my day.
7. ๐ญ create daily intentions: Come up with one or two intentions for you day (these are things you want to feel or accomplish).
8. ๐ค practice gratitude: Thinking of one or two things Iโm grateful for helps me to start my day with positivity - especially on those days I dread going into the office.
9. ๐ pack up your work bag: This one is for my in-office girlies. Make sure you have all your essentials before heading out the door.
