Where are all my 9-5 girlies?! ๐Ÿ‘œ Here are 9 things to do before you start your work day:

1. ๐Ÿ’ฆ hydrate: Itโ€™s super important to make sure you drink water in the morning before you start work to ensure you are properly hydrated.

2. ๐Ÿ‘  dress for confidence: When it comes to work, Iโ€™m all about comfort. BUT Iโ€™m learning itโ€™s also important to wear an outfit that you feel confident in. The sweet spot is finding one where you are comfy & confident simultaneously :))

3. ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธย take time for yourself: This could mean spending 2 minutes on skincare or taking 10 minutes to read or go on a walk. Do something for you!

4. ๐Ÿณ eat breakfast: I am a huge breakfast girly and find it really helpful to get some food in my body for mental clarity and energy at work.

5. ๐Ÿ’Š take your vitamins: Taking my vitamins has become a non-negotiable for me. I take the Garden of Life womenโ€™s multivitamin.

6. ๐Ÿ“ write a to-do list: Getting all the things I need to do on paper helps me feel organized and gives me guidance for my day.

7. ๐Ÿ’ญ create daily intentions: Come up with one or two intentions for you day (these are things you want to feel or accomplish).

8. ๐Ÿค practice gratitude: Thinking of one or two things Iโ€™m grateful for helps me to start my day with positivity - especially on those days I dread going into the office.

9. ๐Ÿ‘œ pack up your work bag: This one is for my in-office girlies. Make sure you have all your essentials before heading out the door.
