You wanna try running but don’t know where to start? I got you love
1. Start slow: don’t expect to be a runner right away. Start with simple run 30-45 minutes is enough
2. Stretch: I can not stress this enough, you HAVE to stretch both before and after.
Before run, you’ll need to warm up and also to avoid any injuries or severe cramps
After run, you’ll cool down, it feels really nice and you can minimize soreness

3. Your form: when running there’s are certain body forms you should follow. I’ll try to mention them here and in the post pics but watch a YouTube video if you’re confused
- don’t lean too forward
- no big strides
- go for control rather than speed
Bonus tip:
You’re gonna hate the first few runs so try your best to make it pleasurable
Prepare a playlist, cute fit and it is okay to have breaks between and switch between walks and runs
