VEGAN CHICKEN NUGGETS🌱 ARE YOU TRYING OR NAHH???

ingredients👇🏾

-1 block firm tofu

-1 can chickpeas, with liquid.

-1 large boiled carrot

-1 boiled potato

-1 white onion

-2 garlic cloves

-2 tbsp cornflour

-1 vegan chicken stock cube (or veg stock)

-1 tsp garlic/onion/paprika

-1/2 tsp basil/oregano

-1 or 2 tsp miso paste

-big pinch salt/pepper

-8 tbsp breadcrumbs (more if too wet)

👇🏾method👇🏾

-blend all of the ingredients into a smooth ‘paste’ then gradually add breadcrumbs to form into a dryer chicken paste/dough.

-shape into nuggets, coat in more breadcrumbs if you want then bake/airfry or deep fry until crispy, serve with your fave sauce and enjoy.
